Salerno 2025

On a planned day trip from the Pompei area, we drove down to Salerno. Surprise, we took a wrong turn and ended up taking the long way over the mountains and then along the coast. One mistake that turned out to be the right turn. My wife looked over saying "you are getting into driving". I was. With winding almost single lane roads, sheer drops, small towns, vineyards, valleys and ocean views in an Audi, what's not to like. And when we got to Salerno it was a super fun afternoon. We drove back the A3.
